Corral Club Graziers receive a
total of five shipments of our grass-fed beef and olive oil
each year.
To
be sure that you and your guests will enjoy
each delivery, we send along recipes and preparation
instructions from our favorite chefs. Serve
each dish with the chef's favorite LMR wine
pairing and you'll be as close as possible
to dining with Laddie, Chris, and Ted here
at the ranch.
We
have carefully chosen cuts of beef to match
the changing seasons:
- Share some of our
finest cuts of grass-fed beef (filet mignon,
rib-eye and New York steaks) to celebrate
the Holiday season with your family and
friends;
- Enjoy a slowly cooked
roast, brisket, or London Broil during the
dark Winter days of February;
- Prepare tasty informal
meals of steaks, meatloaf, or kabobs for
your family as Spring arrives
- Put on some fabulous
Summer barbeques with our burgers, hot dogs,
and short ribs - and olive oil for the salad,

Long
Meadow Ranch chose“grazier”
as the title for the LMR Beef Club based
on the word’s historical significance
in British beef production. The word refers to the person who cares
for herd animals as they graze, the beef
version of “shepherd.” Our grass-fed Highland and Shorthorn cattle
both have their historical origins in the
British Isles so it seemed appropriate.

product listed, plus taxes and shipping,
using the credit card you’ve listed
on your order form. Your name can be removed
at any time by making a request in writing
via letter, fax or e-mail and will be effective
when confirmation is received from Long
Meadow Ranch Winery. Member agrees to maintain
current credit card information with Long
Meadow Ranch Winery. Names will not be released
to any other party for any purpose, commercial
or non-commercial.
