Join us on the mat for an uplifting and energizing morning practice that will wake you up, stretch you out and leave you feeling focused for the rest of the day. PiYo® combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. Join the rest of the class in the café for complimentary coffee or tea and a fresh juice to start your morning!
Thursdays at 8 AM
A low impact, mat and standing class designed to kick butt and shape rock-hard abs. We will focus on your core and postural muscles to help you gain strength and flexibility, and bring your body back into alignment. Don’t forget to visit the café now that you’re energized for a complimentary coffee or tea and a fresh juice.

A low impact, high energy mixed level pilates mat class. Pilates is one of the worlds safest and leading methods of fitness and our instructors will always emphasize proper form through movements. This class will change your body and will empower you with strength, length, flexibility, energy, awareness and confidence.
