We have selected some of our favorite recipes to share.  We have enjoyed these dishes around our family table at the Ranch and at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch.  

Included here are recipes from our opening chef, Sheamus Feeley, opening farm-to-table manager, Avia Hawksworth, and longtime hospitality manager, Lydia Damian, as well as favorites from Ted, Laddie and Chris. Coming soon are specialties of executive chef Stephen Barber and farm-to-table manager Kipp Ramsey.
