4 - 6 medium "sweet" onions
½ cup balsamic vinegar
2 cups Long Meadow Ranch Cabernet
¼ tsp chili flake
2 tbsp butter
Napa Valley Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Slice and saute onions with chili flake in skillet with Napa Valley Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil until caramelized. Add ½ cup balsamic vinegar and reduce (approx 20 minutes).
Add 2 cups of Long Meadow Ranch Cabernet and reduce (approx 20-25 minutes). Add salt & pepper to taste.
Finish with butter for consistency you are looking for. (You may also finish with beef demi glaze for a more robust flavor!)
Use warm or room temperature on your LMR Grass-fed burgers, steaks, and don't forget your Corned Beef sandwiches!
