Ingredients
1 LMR egg
1 LMR egg yolk
¾ cup good quality Dijon mustard
1 tbsp crushed garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup Napa Valley Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ cup Vegetable Oil
Juice of one lemon
Directions
Blend egg, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, crushed garlic, salt & pepper in food processor. Once combined pour in oil gently until you have the desired consistency. Add juice of one lemon to taste. Test seasoning and refrigerate.
