Ingredients
1 ½ cups cider vinegar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp coriander seed
2 tbsp white sugar
8 large "sour" dill pickles (finely diced)
1 small red bell pepper (finely diced) grilled, peeled, seeded
1 small yellow bell pepper (finely diced) grilled, peeled, seeded
1 small white onion (finely diced)
2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
Directions
Bring cider vinegar, mustard seed, and coriander seed to boil in non-reactive saucepan. Reduce mixture by ½ until it takes on consistency of syrup. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients and toss together. Season with salt & pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour before using.
Yield 8 oz. (Good for eight dogs!)
