Seeds from 1 Sweetie Pie Pumpkin
2 tbsp Napa Valley Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Sea Salt



Separate pumpkin seeds from pulp.  Toss seeds with Napa Valley Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Spread the seeds on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. 

Bake in oven at 400 degrees F until golden brown.  Stir occasionally with a wooden spatula.  Serve as a snack or use as a garnish on a winter green salad.
