2005 LONG MEADOW RANCH SAUVIGNON BLANC

Brilliant straw color. Floral melon, pineapple, young coconut, and stone fruits with layers of classic grassiness and sea spray. Juicy, round texture with natural, crisp acidity. Mouth-watering finish with gooseberry, kiwi and Fuji apple. - Ashley Heisey

100% Rutherford, Organically Grown Sauvignon Blanc.

Fermentation Technique:
13% Barrel Fermented in neutral French oak with the balance tank fermented, 5% malolactic fermentation, Aged sur lies.
