Terms of Sale

Purchase process
Buyers may express an intent to buy prior to 12 Noon on May 5. If multiple buyers express an intent to buy, the animal will be sold to the highest bidder at 12 Noon. If there are not multiple bidders at 12 Noon, the animal will be sold at the listed price. All remaining animals will be sold at their listed price on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Purchases may be settled with cash, credit card, local (Napa County) check, or certified check. All purchases must be settled promptly at the time the animal is withdrawn from the sale process.

All sales are FOB Long Meadow Ranch . Delivery may be arranged at $1.40 per roundtrip mile. Animal care at Long Meadow Ranch is $4.75 per day per animal.

Health
Buyer purchases animal in "as-is" current condition as inspected by the buyer..
Long Meadow Ranch makes no representations or warranties as to future health status.
