The 2005 E.J. Church Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is the inaugural release of a handcrafted blend from our historic vineyard sites. The vineyards were first planted in the 1870s by the founding pioneer of Long Meadow Ranch, E.J. Church.
The deep purple hue opens to sweetly extracted fruit on the nose and palate. The fruitiness ranges from tart raspberry to a concentrated black cherry and is complemented by balanced, well knit acidity.
