A unique honey gathered from hives of the coastal raspberry crop possessing mellifluous straw color and floral scented overtones. This is a rare instance where the honey tastes like the fruit of the plant with a distinctive fresh raspberry finish that is both pleasantly sweet and tart.
Wild Blackberry Honey - 17oz
For those of us who have grown up in California, summertime is often associated with the picking of wild blackberries along its many roadsides. For a very short moment, the thorny vines shoot tiny white flowers allowing the bees to gather their yearly nectar. Light amber in color, this honey has a very floral bouquet with a silky smooth texture.
Citrus Blossom Honey - 17oz
Gathered from California’s Central Valley where citrus trees grow in abundance, this spring’s crop is the best in years. Perfect weather with lots of rain and cool conditions produced an elixir that is pale in color with an aroma of an orange tree in bloom. Its taste is sweet and seductive and will bring back memories of our youth where we sucked out the nectar of blooming flowers making our mouths water!
