Conceived at the end of 2010, Green Hollow was initially inspired by the founder’'s childhood kitchen table: one filled with handmade, small-batch pickled vegetables, chutneys, and jams.
Green Hollow sources ingredients from local farms and purveyors, using fresh, seasonal, and organic goods whenever possible.
