Napa Valley Select Cabernet Vinegar
Named for the small town in France, Methode d'orlean is a vinegar-making process dating back to the Middle Ages. Over the course of 12 months, wine vinegar is carefully moved from one barrel to the next. The liquid reduces over time and concentrates the flavors while the complex 'mother' does it's work. This red wine vinegar is fantastic in a tangy vinaigrette, sticky marinade or an aromatic sauce with beef or lamb.
