Maria will give a talk about the history of truffles and how they so thoroughly seduce humans\, as well as their vital roles in the ecosystem and their cultivation. She and her truffle hound\, Flora Jayne\, will do a truffle hunting demonstration and she’ll explain how she’s trained her dog to find our native truffles and how you can start training your dog.
