"Unmistakably Cabernet Sauvignon from "up the hill" at Long Meadow Ranch. The lovely, earthy aromas remind me of the ranch on a warm autumn afternoon. There is plenty of vibrant, forward fruit (plum, black cherry, dried cranberries, blackberry cobbler) to provide a counterpoint and additional layers of interest. The pleasing entry is both structured and broad and yields to an integrated, balanced mid-palate in which all the flavors deepen and blend. The finish is characterized by lingering sweet fruit and a seamless, mouthwatering texture. This LMR Cabernet Sauvignon will surely complement a broad range of everyday and special dishes.
