The 2023 Pinot Gris opens with a clear, refined, elegant and open bouquet with floral notes intertwined with ripe, concentrated and fresh lemons and yellow-skinned stone fruit (plum), plus fresh blood orange aromas. Round and very energetic on the palate, this is a clear, elegant and crystalline Pinot Gris with a tight, enormously fresh and even piquant as well as stimulating finish.

The tension of cool stainless steel barrel fermentation and the texture from sur lie aging deftly frame the aromatic Musque clone fruit in this Rutherford San Mateo Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. Lemongrass, citrus blossom, and melon tempt on the nose while pomelo and lychee invigorate on the palate delivering a sophisticated and versatile wine from start to finish. - Justin Carr

From the heart of our Mountain Estate, our favorite Italian red has a delicious bouquet of dried cherry, red currant, cocoa powder and faint rosewater. The palate brings out notes of tart fresh cherry and graphite delicately enhanced with soft tannins. This is a very versatile wine and perhaps the favorite vintage yet. – Justin Carr
