GROWING SEASON

The 2019 growing season began with a notably wet winter, with rainfall continuing into spring. This made careful vineyard management essential to maintain balance. Fortunately, the summer brought beautifully mild weather—warm days paired with cool nights—creating ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. The result was a vintage marked by excellent balance between sugar and acidity, along with full phenolic development—a true recipe for success.
