What is the food and beverage minimum?
Each room requires a minimum food and beverage spend, which varies. The minimum is collected as a prepayment when you book and is applied as a credit toward your final bill, before sales tax and gratuity.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund of your prepayment, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your booking. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will result in forfeit of the prepayment.
Please contact us directly for all cancellations.
How do we make our menu selections?
Our group dining menus are served family-style, including farmstead favorites for the table. You can select from your choice of mains, provide dietary restrictions upon arrival, as well as add-on from additional seasonal menu features.
Can we build a custom menu?
Not for group dining, the menus are set. Custom menus are part of our Private Event offering.
How much is corkage?
Yes. We charge a $16 corkage fee per bottle, and every dollar goes to our Corkage for Community program. Each month we donate the corkage we collect to a different local beneficiary. Bringing a special bottle to share with your group means supporting our community at the same time.
Can we arrive early to set up?
The space is available to you at your reservation time. We can’t offer earlier access, as it’s typically in use before your seating.
Is there AV — a screen, projector, or microphone?
No. AV is available through our Private Events team.
Can we bring décor, flowers, or balloons?
You can set up simple touches, a small floral arrangement, place cards, a framed photo. We’re not able to accommodate installed décor, balloon arches, draping, signage, linens, rentals, or anything requiring setup or breakdown time. Those belong to a private event.
Should I book a private event?
Group Dining is the right choice when you want a great meal with a larger group in a lovely setting, without a lot of planning.
A Private Event is the right choice if any of the following matter to you:
- Exclusive use of a space, with no other guests nearby
- A custom menu designed for your group
- Décor, florals, rentals, linens, or signage
- Dedicated event staff and a coordinator to plan with
- A timeline with a reception, seated dinner, toasts, or presentations
- AV – screens, microphones, projection
- A start or end time outside regular restaurant hours
- A party larger than 20
If you’re organizing on someone else’s behalf and they’re expecting a special occasion done properly — a milestone birthday, an anniversary, a client dinner you’ll be judged on — a conversation with our Events team first is time well spent.
