Take our Sunday brunch fixings as inspiration and be the holiday brunch hero when you serve these light, fluffy, and satisfying pancakes from our Executive Sous Chef, Michael Markoff. Pair with a Farmstead Bloody Mary made with our signature mix

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Mix dry and wet ingredients separately
  • Combine slowly
  • Make sure to not over-mix!
Pancakes at Farmstead
  • Pour spirit over ice in a pint glass
  • Fill the rest of the glass with Farmstead Original Bloody Mary Mix
  • Garnish with Farmstead provisions. Our favorites are house-smoked bacon, pickled carrots, celery, and a variety of salts.

  • *Chef’s tip: if adding bacon – halfway through baking sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper and cayenne for an extra kick! Let cool fully before adding it to your Bloody Mary.
